The first event will be jointly hosted by Plumpton College and the RHS at One Garden (an RHS Partner Garden) on the outskirts of Brighton and Hove.  

Exhibitors will be on hand to answer your career questions, as well as guest talks and a variety of activities, plus the opportunity to take part in tours around One Garden.  

• Meet a range of exhibitors to explore a variety of plant-based roles, training and volunteer opportunities
• Hear talks from a range of guest speakers on their careers and how they got into horticulture
• Take part in behind-the-scenes tours around RHS Garden Wisley (including our Science & Collections department) or RHS Garden Bridgewater
• Speak to members of our New Shoots, Qualifications, and School of Horticulture teams to find out about work-based training, RHS Level 2 or 3 qualifications and New Shoots programmes such as Youth Volunteering and Green Skills Programme at our RHS Hub
