A compact, mound-forming deciduous shrub to around 150cm in height, with oval-shaped, dark green foliage. Dark pink buds open to masses of very fragrant pale pink flowers with darker pink centres from May through to July. Ideal for coastal and urban areas where it is drought tolerant, once established, and also tolerant of air pollution
