Gala Preview

Exclusive access to a preview of the world’s most prestigious Flower Show between 7pm - 9pm

Gala Preview with Dinner

Enjoy all the Gala Preview has to offer with the addition of Gala dinner from 9pm - 11pm in the Ranelagh Restaurant

  • Indulge in a seasonal three-course set dinner paired with fine wine, served 9pm - 11pm
  • Hosted within the exclusive and beautifully curated Gala Dinner in Ranelagh restaurant

Gala Meeting Point Package

All Meeting Point packages include:

  • A designated space with your company logo, beside a beautiful floral exhibit in the Great Pavilion
  • Your own waiting staff providing exceptional hospitality to your guests 7pm – 9pm
  • Experience live music performances across the showground
  • The chance to meet experts in garden design and horticulture

  • Option to pre-order a Gala bag (£40)

  • Option to purchase a Host Access Pass (£165)

  • The option to enhance your experience with a three-course set dinner served with wine from 9pm until 11pm (£405 per person)

    A Host Pass provides early access for one member of your team, enabling them to oversee final preparations, welcome guests on arrival, and act as the key liaison between the RHS and your guests – both in the lead-up to and during the event. The pass also allows them to manage your stand within the Great Pavilion and your purchased Gala Bags on the evening.

    The price of a Meeting Point package varies depending on the number of guests you would like to bring – Meeting Point packages must be booked for a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 130 guests.

Spring Garden Package

Spring Garden is a unique oasis inspired by the natural world. The menu is designed in collaboration with chef Skye Gyngell, renowned for her modern take on classic British cuisine, and critically acclaimed two-Michelin-starred chef Jeremy Chan, inviting guests to enjoy seasonal dishes made with fresh ingredients and minimal impact on the environment. Explore elevated dining in an exclusive setting that celebrates nature.

Spring Garden rooms are available to book as singles or doubles; each room accommodates up to 60 guests.

  • 60 or 120 Charity Gala Preview tickets
  • Extended hours at the Gala in a Spring Garden Chalet between 6.30pm and 11pm, with guests able to enjoy the wider showground between 7pm and 9pm
  • Little RHS Chelsea Gala Souvenir Bags (one per two tickets) containing the Show Guide, the Souvenir Brochure and a selection of luxury gifts
  • A page of advertising in the Souvenir Brochure and your company name listed on the Corporate Supporters page
  • Your company name included on the Gala showground map
  • Company branding outside your Spring Garden Chalet
  • Private entrance gate reserved for Spring Garden guests
  • A tastefully designed, botanically inspired space with dining furniture and lighting

A Host Pass grants early access for up to two members of your team, enabling them to oversee final preparations, welcome guests on arrival, and act as dedicated liaisons between the RHS and your guests—both in the lead-up to and throughout the event. Their presence ensures a seamless flow of communication between the RHS and guests on the evening.

  • Further dining options in your Spring Garden Chalet, including an exceptional three-course meal or a selection of delicious bowl food, all paired with wines chosen by world-class sommeliers
  • (Please note: max 40 for sit down dinner)
  • Option to book bespoke floral packages with our approved suppliers to uplift your Chalet for your guests

Private Suites Package

The Promenade, Thames View, QEII, Soane Terrace

Upon entering the Gala your guests will enjoy a champagne and canapé reception at a designated meeting point in the heart of the show between 7pm and 9pm. Located amongst the magnificent floral displays of the Great Pavilion, your own waiting staff will keep the champagne flowing and serve a delicious selection of canapés at a dedicated table featuring your company name.

From 8.45pm your party will move to your chosen Suite and enjoy exclusive use until 11pm.
