Getting here

We welcome car-free visitors to RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse. It’s easy to reach us by train, bus, bike and foot. Plan your car-free journey at .

Travel by bike

Please use postcode S62 7TQ to get you to the local area and then follow the yellow traffic signs for RHS Flower Show accessible / premium parking. Once arrived, bike racks are available outside the North Gate entrance. 

Travel by public transport

Train services from Sheffield, Leeds, Lincoln, Doncaster, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool travel through Meadowhall Interchange (S9 1EP).

Several local bus services also travel through Meadowhall Interchange such as the 207/ X3 / 137 / 77 / 77a / 65 / X1 / X2 / X17 / 18 / 18a / 75 / 75a / 76. 

Trams and supertrams services also run via Meadowhall Interchange. 

From Meadowhall Interchange, free RHS shuttle buses will operate from bus stop C3 to and from the show from 9.20am-6pm. 

Travel by car

Drop off / pick up
Please use postcode S62 7TQ to get you to the local area and then follow the yellow traffic signs for RHS Flower Show parking - Drop off / Pick Up area. 

Travel by coach

A permit is required to drop off / pick up coach passengers, please contact [email protected] to arrange.

On booking, a timed pick up and drop off will be allocated in order to control traffic volume onsite.
Please note, there is no coach parking available onsite.

Park & Ride

Park and ride
A park and ride will operate from Meadowhall Shopping Centre. This must be booked in advance via the online ticket booking system, it is free of charge. 

Please use postcode S9 1EP to get you to Meadowhall Shopping Centre and then follow the yellow traffic signs for RHS Flower Show parking in the Meadowhall, Green and Blue car parks. From the Meadowhall Way bus stop (outside the front of the Green and Blue car parks) a free shuttle bus can bring you to and from the show. Buses run every 15-20 minutes from 9.20am-5.30pm. 

Onsite parking

Parking is free and must be booked in advance.

Parking in onsite car parks must be booked in advance via the online ticket booking system. This parking is free of charge.

If you have booked premium parking or accessible parking, please follow the same guidance and then once closer to the show, please follow signs for premium or accessible parking. If parking in accessible parking, your blue badge must be displayed at all times. 

Food & drink

There is a selection of food and drink outlets around the showground.

Water

Drinking water is available to purchase across the showground. Free water points are also available and are marked on the map with a tap symbol.

Useful information

This is a temporary, outdoor event on open parkland and is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. Although some temporary trackway is laid, much of the event is staged on open ground and care must be taken.

We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear. In extreme weather conditions, access may be restricted in the interest of safety. Random bag searches are in operation.

Please note that no heels are to be worn inside the marble saloon.

Show guides

The RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse Show Guide includes the complete exhibitor listings, Show highlights and a fully illustrated guide to the Show Gardens and features. The Show Guide also contains a detailed map of the showground.

Show Guides are available to order in advance and delivered to you before the show. For international visitors Show Guides can be pre-ordered for collection at the Show, or alternatively, you can buy a Guide on arrival for £8.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed into the RHS Flower Show Wentworth Woodhouse.
Dogs are not allowed on Park and Ride coaches, so if you would like to bring a dog, please book onsite parking. Dogs are not allowed in the house, except for assistance dogs.

RHS Gardening Advice

The RHS Gardening Advice stand is staffed by our team of experts.

At the RHS we are committed to protecting plant health and ask that visitors bring photographs of their plant problems to our shows rather than live plant material. This applies when visiting the RHS Gardening Advice stands or exhibitors and will help to safeguard all the plants at the shows.

Baby changing and feeding

There are baby changing and feeding facilities at the Show.

Payments

For tickets and Show Guides payment by card only is accepted. For other vendors, card payments are the preferred method. There are no cash machines at the Show.

Children and Students

Children aged under 16 enter free of charge, tickets do need to be booked online.

Student tickets are available from £10.
